We are a technical labor staffing company with dual headquarters in Miami, Florida and Central Florida, serving live events globally. Every crew member in our 750-person roster has been vetted for technical skill, professional conduct, and show-day reliability.

Founder & CEO
Celia Antelo
Celia Antelo built Celia's Production Crew from the ground up, drawing on years of hands-on experience as an A1 Audio Engineer, V1 Graphics Operator, Technical Director, and Labor Coordinator at high-stakes events across the country — including Super Bowl and WWE Raw productions.
She founded Our Legacy Consulting LLC and its production brand Celia's Production Crew with a clear mission: to deliver national-agency technical caliber at rates that make sense for the market.
Celia is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings a zero-failure mindset to every production she staffs. She graduated high school early at 15 while living abroad in Central America and achieved legal emancipation at 16 — reflecting a long-established pattern of independence and self-direction.

What You Can Expect on Every Call
The 15-Minute Rule
Every CPC technician is on-site and ready for check-in 15 minutes before call time. When your clock starts, work begins immediately.
Show Black Always
Strict professional dress code. All technicians arrive in clean, unbranded black attire suitable for corporate environments.
Mandatory Toolkit
Every technician arrives with C-wrenches, multi-tools, steel-toe footwear, and complete PPE. We come prepared to solve problems.
Zero Distraction
Personal devices prohibited during active shifts. Crew focused on the production at all times.
