Client FAQ
Everything production managers and AV directors ask before booking the crew. Booking process, crew standards, deployment logistics, operational reliability.
Booking & Quotes
How do I request crew for a show?
Submit the Request Crew form on our contact page with show dates, load-in/strike times, venue city, discipline mix, and headcount. A dispatcher confirms availability within the 24hr window and returns a written quote.
What lead time do you need?
Standard bookings: 5–10 business days. Rush bookings inside 72 hours are accommodated when crew is available; expedited dispatch surcharges may apply. Multi-week tours and residencies should be booked 30+ days out.
How are quotes structured?
Quotes are written per-show with line items by discipline, call length, crew count, per diem if applicable, and travel. We do not publish public rates; pricing is scope-dependent and confirmed in the written quote before deployment.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are specified in the written quote and depend on lead time, crew already dispatched, and travel committed. Standard terms protect crew earnings for confirmed calls inside 48 hours.
Crew & Deployment
What disciplines do you cover?
32 technical disciplines including FOH audio, monitor engineers, A1/A2, system techs, lighting designers, console operators, video engineers, IMAG directors, LED techs, riggers, stagehands, forklift operators, MEWP operators, and load-in/strike crew.
Are your crew certified?
Yes. We track OSHA 10/30, ETCP rigging, Dante audio networking, forklift, MEWP/aerial, and console-specific certifications (Yamaha, A&H, DiGiCo, GrandMA, Hog 4, Barco). Certification status is verified before every deployment.
Do you deploy outside Miami?
Yes. Our roster covers Central Florida and deploys nationally and internationally for tours, festivals, corporate activations, and broadcast. Travel, per diem, and lodging are line-itemed in the quote.
Can you scale a show overnight?
Yes. With 750+ vetted crew on the roster, we routinely scale headcount for unexpected scope changes, weather contingencies, and last-minute adds. Dispatch operates 24/7.
What show blacks/dress code do crew arrive in?
Crew arrive in show blacks unless otherwise specified in the call sheet. Branded apparel, hi-vis for load-in, or client-specified wardrobe is honored when requested in advance.
Operations & Standards
Are you a certified WOSB?
Yes. Celia's Production Crew operates under Our Legacy Consulting LLC, a federally certified Woman-Owned Small Business. Documentation available on request for corporate procurement and federal contracting requirements.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. General liability and workers' compensation coverage in place. Certificates of insurance with additional insured endorsements provided per venue or production requirements.
How do you handle gear failures on show day?
Our crew are trained on industry-standard gear and carry tools for field repair. If a venue or vendor gear fails, our technicians escalate to the responsible party and document for production records.
Can crew sign NDAs?
Yes. Confidentiality is standard. Crew sign client NDAs on request and our internal code of conduct enforces discretion on every call.
Who do I contact during a live show?
Each deployment has a designated crew lead on-site and a dispatcher reachable 24/7. Contact details are included in the call sheet sent before load-in.
Have a question we didn't answer?
Dispatch responds within the 24hr window. Submit your show details and we'll get back to you with a written quote.
